Mr. Hickey serves as president and project manager for Luko Construction Ltd. Luke obtains a Bachelor Degree of Applied Sciences / Civil Engineer degree from Université de Moncton.

Since 2003, he is a member of the association of Professional Engineers & Geoscientists of NB.
